On July 27th, the 2015 Summer Academy Fellows -- a cohort of top talent from DC and across the country -- will present their policy proposals on campaign finance reform.
This year we are extremely honored that FEC Commissioner Ann Ravel will keynote and discuss the fellows' work on financing in Illinois state campaigns and North Carolina judicial campaigns.
This event is co-sponsored by the GW Law Review and IssueOne.
Light refreshments will be served. Please join us!
About Roosevelt Summer Academy:
Over the course of nine weeks, Summer Academy Fellows are placed full-time with a partner organization, including city governments, community-based organizations, advocacy groups, and think tanks. Concurrently, Fellows participate in a rigorous curriculum composed of workshops, a team-based challenge, field visits, and a speaker series that develops key skills necessary to effectively engage with policy change. Based in New York City, Chicago, and DC, the Summer Academy engages students in the front lines of policy innovation and grassroots change.
